Limits of Charles' Law

Q:
According to the charles' law, volume of any matter become (0) at (0)kelvin.So it means that the mass of the atom will be (0) at that point.But how can it possible because electrons and protons have their own mass ?

Charles' Law (that volume is proportional to absolute temperature at fixed pressure) applies only to ideal classical gases. No material is an exactly ideal gas, and none is even close to being an ideal gas at very low temperatures.
