What is the dielectric constant of plastic?

There are a number of different kinds of  "plastics"  and each one has a different dielectric constant.  They can range from 1.5 to 3.5 so you have to specify what kind.   There are plenty of websites that contain detailed tables of these numbers.   I advise you to search them with your particular kind of plastic in the search title.
