do electrons go through batteries like if you had a 2 or 3 batteries in seris do electrons go threw the batteries

If you complete the circuit (say with a light bulb) electrons flow through the wires. Inside the batteries, the current is usually carried by charged ions. As the positive ions reach one side of the battery, they're joined by negative electrons from the wires.
