Hi Dominic,
Your bulb needs 220 Volts but your car battery probably is of a 12 Volt variety. You need a power inverter to convert 12 Volts DC into 220 Volts AC. There are some inexpensive but low power units on the market. The cost goes up propotionally to the power required..
