Suction Cups at High Altitude

Q:
I'm a pilot and I attached a GoPro to the wing of my airplane. The Suction cup attachment is rated to 150+MPH but it says nothing about pressure. I've flow from sea level to 6000' without issue, however I'm wondering if flying from sea level to 6000 works, then would flying from 6000 to 12,000 be assumed to be safe considering the pressure loss is less?

I wouldn't count on it. It's true that the pressure drop is less but that's because the absolute pressures are less. At some point reduced absolute pressure is going to weaken the suction effect too much. Is there a way you can test the same suction cups with a less valuable load?
