Hello Ahmed,

An example of a uniform radial electric field is that due to a point charge.  It falls off as 1/R2 but is uniform in theta and phi.   A uniform radial magnetic would be formed by a magnetic monopole similar to that of an electric point charge.  Unfortunately these things don't seem to exist.  Many searches have been made for them but none have been successful.  Too bad, they would fit nicely into Maxwell's equations.  All of the magnetic fields we observe are dipole fields caused by loops of current or spins of particles.
