Rotating Charges

Q:
If we create a system of two similar charges such that they are separated from each other so that they can never come close to each other. Then we rotated the two charges about an axis passing through the centre of mass of the system and it is kept at o frictionless area such that it never stops rotating. We know that rotating charges radiate energy that means the system will radiate infinite energy. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

A:

Ordinary friction isn't the only way to lose energy. They will radiate some electromagnetic energy. Therefore their rotation will slow down. As it slows down the rate of energy loss will also decrease.
