You can get water deionizing systems at some of the big box stores. Just check on-line. I don't remember seeing deionized water in regular supermarkets, but they do usually carry distilled water. Distilled water should be both deionized and free from some other impurities, so if you only need a gallon or two, that's the easiest source.
