Q:
I am a Inventor and I believe that it is possible to create a vehicle that will produce its own fuel. And never need to stop for gas or fuel up any where any time, ever again. You may need to change the platinum spark plugs, and the internal camponotus synthetic oil. But I think the time is."Very very near like a grant away".

A:
Fuel can be created from light energy. So I suppose you could ride a giant photosynthetic bacterium or some such around and call it a vehicle that will produce its own fuel. If you are thinking of a magic vehicle without fuel or some use of solar energy, then you'd better hope we're not referees on that grant application.
