"A. C. Helms" is a pneumonic device used by some people to remember some of the forms of energy:
Atomic
Chemical
Heat
Electrical
Mechanical
Sound
These aren't really the only types of energy, nor are they all
really different from each other. But if you have to remember this
list, this is a pretty good way to do it.
