How can I be for sure that What goes through my mind can always be right about someone or something?

A:
You can't.   This is a tricky philosophical question that people have pondered from the time of Plato to Descartes to present day thinkers.  The mind is a very plastic collection of thoughts, beliefs and perceived events.  A single person can't determine the absolute truth of a particular thought or event.    In science we try to achieve a consensus of opinion by confronting our ideas with experimental verification, preferably by several independent people.
