Reactions of Anti-matter in Materials of Varying Density

Q:
Would antimatter react with more or less energy if it reacted with a denser material? (E.g the reaction of solid hydrogen and antimatter vs solid osimium and antimatter)

The density of material does not affect the total energy deposited which is just the mass of the anhilated matter plus  anti-matter times the speed of light squared, mtotalc2.    This energy can be of several forms: potential energy of resulting nuclear states,  kinetic energy of exiting particles, etc,  but the total energy is all the same.
