Not much.   If you walk around Geneva, Switzerland with a pocket compass the needle will still point north.   The main reason that the magnetic flux of the CERN collider is torroidal,   it is pretty much contained in the iron yoke of the magnets.   Another reason is the total magnetic energy of the collider is peanuts compared to that of the earth's field.
