We don't know, but pH strips for measuring those are very inexpensive. Just mash up some of the fruits and vegetables and dip pH strips in each. You'll get a pretty good idea from the color of the strips. If you need more accurate values, perhaps some lab near you has a pH meter you could use briefly.
