Though it sounds a lot like a homework question, I hope it's not one.
Yes, that's a pretty famous reaction and it is exothermic:
2H2+O2= 2H2O
That's the idea behind hydrogen fuel: you burn it, you get energy that you can use however you like, and there's no waste product because you only produce water.
