Microwave Leaking?

The interior of my microwave oven has rust about the size of a quarter in the back. Is it safe to continue to use or must I replace the unit? I am afraid that radiation will leak out, etc.

Is there just a rusty spot on the metal or is it rusted rather deeply or even all the way through? A little surface rust won't matter. If the metal is actually thinned down much on that big a spot, it should be replaced.
