Im pretty sure that the more sugar there is in the drink, the sweeter it will taste. You probably knew that already.
Your question gives me an excuse to tell another story. My son did a taste-test project in middle school, using different colas. It turned out that the most popular one, when the kids couldnt read the label, was the cheap local store brand. Even some kids who chose that brand refused to believe the results. They insisted that they liked one of the expensive national brands best. That shows you the power of advertising.
