A:
Density is the weight per unit volume.  It does not depend on the volume per se.    Water has a density of 1 gram per cubic centimeter or 64 lb per cubic foot, depending on your favorite units.  Ice is a bit less dense, it floats, only 0.916 times the density of water. 
In your case the volume is 1.75 cubic feet.  I'll let you do the arithmetic.
