hi i am doing an experiement on water pressure. i wanted to know how you can boil water without heat.

If you lower the pressure enough, water will
boil even at room temperature, so then you wouldnt need a special heat
source. However, heat would flow into the boilng water from its
surroundings. You need some sort of vacuum pump to lower the pressure
enough, but you dont need a fancy one.

As the water boils it will cool off. Get enough of the water to boil away without introducing additional heat, and whats left may freeze!
