i wanted 2 know ... how kids , of ages 5 - 16 make diets ? and i am also intressed on the diets of the elder people ! i need this information 4 scool !

You have to be very careful when making a diet. The body need a number of things in order to survive. In order to make a diet you plan to use, it is best to talk to a doctor. If you are trying to teach about nutrition, there are a few options. Perhaps the best way to teach about nutrition to younger children is to use the food pyramid. The food pryamid helps teach people how much of each food group should be eaten in a day.
