Hello Raja,

A rocket at rest consists of the rocket frame and the rocket's fuel load. They both have mass. The fuel burns producing high velocity gasses which are ejected toward the rear.  These gasses have mass too; body B in your nomenclature.  Body A is the now empty frame of the rocket.
