Q:
Is it posible to have a wireless computer cord? In other words, using modern technoligy, can you invent a small device that plugs into the output and sends battery charge signils to your computer? (My comuter cord is very annoying)

A:
In principle it is possible to transmit power without cords. For example, many electric toothbrushes recharge powered by the electromagnetic fields from a coil that isn't connected to the toothbrush. There is some work on developing systems like that for use throughout a room, but they are nowhere near being practical for ordinary use yet.
