There is, to the best of our knowledge, no direct harm from the radiation from blue-tooth devices. Their power levels are very low. Even cell phones, which use much higher power, have not been shown to cause any harmful effects.They have been extensively studied, so if they caused much trouble, it would be known by now.

The sorts of harm that are associated with devices like these include things like stepping into traffic while distracted.
