The relationship is given by f = c / lambda where f is the frequency, lambda is the wavelength and c is the speed of light, 3x108 meters/second. Plugging in 0.6943 x 10-6m you get
f = 4.32 x 1014 Hz. That's a whole bunch, not even dogs can hear it.
