Q:
A long straight wire carries a current of 8A.a portion of the wire is then bent into a circular loop(1 turn) of radius 0.02m. Find the magnitude and direction of the net magnetic field at the center of the loop?

We don't do homework problems on this site but try to explain things.  This problem illustrates the idea of superposition of solutions to static fields: a linear combination of several field configurations is also a solution of the basic field equations.  In this case it's a sum of a circular loop and a straight wire.  I'm sure you can do it yourself.
