Problems With This Site

Q:
Did you know that there are bugs in your "Ask the Van: Ask a Question" page? I entered my information, including my email address, and my question, and the form was refreshed with a "Maybe we've already answered your question?" interrogation. Bug #1: The refresh dumped my email address -- I didn't notice it was blank, until after I hit the "Submit My Question!" button. So, the question was sent without an email address! BTW: the same thing happened again while asking this question. Bug #2: For many minutes the section labeled "Maybe we've already answered your question?", had nothing but the word "Loading" in it. I presume it was trying to load answers deemed related to the question I posed, but after many minutes, the true purpose remained unclear. This was on Firefox 50.1.0 on Win10-64bit on a desktop PC. Bug #3: Your CAPTCHA system is flawed. After it times out, it presents a challenge composed of an array of photos with a question related to the photos. The first challenge it gave me was to select all of the photos with mountains in it. There was one photo with the edge of a mountain in it. I selected that one, as well, and the challenge, failed. The second challenge was to select all of the photos with a street sign in it. The "photos" were actually a mosaic of a larger photo of a road sign against a scenic background. I selected all of the mosaic tiles that contained even a piece of the sign, and again it failed. Finally, I was presented with another mosaic of a street sign, and this time, I selected only tiles containing more than 50% sign. That succeeded, even though, there were other tiles, that I didn't select, that also contained part of the road sign image! While typing this, the CAPTCHA timed out again, and the challenge was OS RIDICULOUS, I just had to share it with you. The challenge was to select all images with a store front. This time, each tile was different, and the images were so small and blurry, there was no way to tell which was a store front, and which was something else!!!!!

Steve- Thanks for this info. I'm forwarding it to our tech expert. We have another problem to fix too- something keeps erasing our hyperlinks. Things are kind of falling apart, including some of us writers.
