Frozen Champagne Slushy

I accidentally froze a bottle of french champagne in my freezer (for a week; 13.5% alc). Is it possible to work how many standard drinks I'm having while drinking it as a 'slushie'...there's about 100ml of liquid and i'd say 100mls of 'ice' in it?

If you haven't yet opened it, or had the cork start to leak, there's no law that says you can't let it gradually melt and return to nearly its normal pre-freezing state. If that's not an option, or if you prefer the slush for a change, on a small scale the ice is nearly free of alcohol and the liquid is more concentrated. The total alcohol won't have changed unless there was a big leak, which would have lost proportionately more alcohol since it would be liquid that was lost. So long as the slush is pretty uniform, its alcohol concentration will be the same as for the whole bottle, not reduced unless you had a significant leak.
