If that's saturated saltwater, with as much salt as can stay in solution, it would take forever. The freezing point of saturated saltwater is just below that. If you started with less salty water, some would freeze (if there were bits of dust or something to get the freezing started) but that would leave more salt in the remaining liquid. Some of the salty liquid wouldn't freeze at all.
