Any Salt Melts Ice

I want to ask which kind of salt or name the salt which can melt the ice tks ashfaq
- ashfaq (age 50)

Any salt can be used. We've discussed elsewhere on this site why anything that dissolves in liquid water but doesn't go into ice crystals will lower the melting point.
