Is there a strutural model(physical geometric model) of quanta or the electron and can the origin of charge or mass be attributed to the Higgs boson alone?

We don't currently have any models for electrons, quarks, etc. There's no connection of their electric charges to the hypothetical Higgs boson.Their rest masses are believed to come from the interaction with the Higgs.
