It's not quite clear whether you're asking what to do if you've breathed in or ingested some radiooactive material or what to do if you've been exposed to some radiation. Sometimes you can prevent radioactive materials from being incorporated in your baody, and thus lessen exposure, by taking pills of salts which compete with the radioactive ions for spots in the body. Which salts you would take depends on which radioctive contaminant you might have.

if you’ve already been exposed to radiation, what you’re talking about is called ’radiation sickness’ or ’radiation poisoning’, and there’s a LOT of ways that it can be treated, including drugs and even surgery.
