Spaceship Gravity Drive?

Q:
With the information we now have about gravity waves, the constant pull and push from the sun, planets and moons. Is there a way to make a gravity drive that can be used i space craft's? And is it possible to make a artifitial gravity field onboard the craft to make it possible to controll it?.

A:

There isn't any "artificial" gravity, so we have to make do with real gravity. The sorts of gravity waves that can be made by moving around masses on a spacecraft are so weak that they would be useless as a propulsion mechanism.
