is a water drop the most aerodynamic shape?

A:
No. Water drop shape can be influenced partly by the forces from the air flowing past, which tend to make an aerodynamic shape, but that’s not the only effect. Another major influence is the surface tension, which by itself would make the drop take a spherical shape. I think that’s about the shape they actually take.
