The Planck scale involves only the h, c, and G. The first two are just conventional units used to describe the basic rotational symmetry and relativistic symmetry of all physics. G describes the strength of gravity, shared by dark matter. So the Planck scale is the same for dark matter, whatever it might turn out to be.
