Can u please explain me in detailed the functioning of a woofer and a speaker. Please answer it.

A:
Think of a very large dog.  He barks with a deep low voice and it sounds like woof, woof.   Now think of a very tiny bird.   He makes a high pitched sound that sounds like tweet, tweet. 
That\'s it.  A woofer is a form of loud speaker that emphasizes low frequencies.   A tweeter is a form of loud speaker that emphasizes high frequencies.   In practice, audio filters separate the output from an audio amplifier into low and high frequency components and send them to the appropriate woofers and tweeters.  See the websites:
