If there was a way it could be measured,hyphothetically, what would the gravity effect be at absolute center of the earth???

Since there would be about equal amounts of earth at equal distances in every direction, there wouldnt be any gravitational field. It wouldnt have any particular direction to point.
People making descriptions of the hot iron in the center of the Earth (to understand the Earths magnetism) do need to use good descriptions of the gravitational field, and it does fall to zero at the middle.
