Natural gas --> Hydrogen Conversion

I have a car designed to be powered by compressed natural gas. Can I switch over to compressed hydrogen without any modifications?

I suspect that without substantial modifications to your engine the answer is no .  We are not automotive experts here.  Please consult an appropriate mechanic.
