I have actually started physics now and my teacher has said me that it is impossible for any objaect to move witgout effection the iniverse even at a smaller scale.but what if you try to movebin vaccume . Please state it

First, I should say that it doesn't mean anything to say whether or not something is "moving" unless you say moving with respect to what other object. Still, your teacher is right that different states of motion have different effects on the universe. The reason is that all objects have long-range fields (gravity + maybe some others) that propagate even through a vacuum and thus affect other things.
