Gravity Between People

Most recent answer: 12/30/2015

Q:
Does gravitation occur with people? Newton's law of universal gravitation states that any two bodies in the universe attract each other with a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. So, wouldn't this be able to occur with people?

A:

Yes, it does. The gravitational force from a large person near you, however, is only about a billionth as strong as the force from the Earth.
