An observer is travelling at the speed of light at the front of the beam. What can he see?

According to special relativity, only massless particles can travel at the speed of light and they always travel with the speed of light, such as photons. Therefore it is not possible to accelerate somebody to the speed of light nor decelerate massless particles to rest.
