What are Clouds?

Q:
In which state of matter can be said to be a WHITE CLOUD
in the sky on a summer day?
I mean gas,liquid, solid, or any whatever?

A:
Well, I would call it an aerosol; a mixture of  very small droplets of liquid suspended in air.
Some clouds, for example high cirrus clouds, are composed of very small bits of ice crystals.
