Matter vs. Waves?

Q:
Is it right to say that 'matter shows wave nature when energy is gained or a force is exerted to it and this wave nature of matter is converted back to matter state when the gained energy is emitted as any form of energy'?

A:

No. So far as our current understanding of quantum mechanics goes, everything is always waves. That includes matter, light, and anything else. Sometimes the waves are more localized, sometimes less. Sometimes they have nearly definite particle numbers, sometimes less definite. There's no indication of any of the processes that you ask about.
