Could you tell me a few other uese for mirrors such as are they used in spaceships and other meanings of transport and anything that we use in are every day lives.

mirrors are used a lot in astronomy. lots of ground based telescopes use mirror to reflect the light of stars to sensors in order to be gathered.
as far as spaceships goes, i have not heard of mirrors being used for any other purpose other than what we might use them for on earth.
a lot of other professions use mirrors everyday. dentists use small mirrors to see in your mouth, mechanics use mirrors to look into tight spaces, and photographers have mirrors inside of their cameras that let them see what is coming through their lens.
