This question has to do with Plank's constant and Einstein's photo-electric equation being derived from a classical psysics framework.
This theory was developed by Frank Znidarsic. I'd like to know if there is any truth to it.

He hides Planck's constant in something he made up which he calls "the speed of the transition" . Then he says that he can do all sorts of stuff without Planck's constant just using this "speed". Since this site is publicly supported, we can only call it Baloney.
