Including Attachments?

Basically a comment and a question. Have you ever considered allowing the person who asks the question to submit an attachment when sending in the question(s). SOme things are better explained by figures and diagrams as you would know and would probably help when submitting questions. Ken

We'll run that idea by our technical expert, Rebecca Wiltfong. My first reaction is that it sounds as if it would be useful in just the way you say but could create problems. By limiting the input format to text we reduce the chances of having some sort of malware attack. It's bad that such considerations are important, but in practice we need to keep the system running for a long time using minimal state resources.
