Although we try to answer as many of your questions as possible, sometimes we just receive a few too many. So we've set up a few guidelines.
What we won't answer:
- Homework questions
- Questions that we've already answered
What we will try to answer:
- Questions arising from something you're curious about and have given some thought to. Usually these will make us curious, too.
- Questions that you think of when you're trying to understand science better. The questions and answers are read by many people visiting our website, so we try to answer questions we think will help lots of people understand and be able to apply physics ideas. We also like questions about specific problems—usually general principles are best illustrated with specific, concrete examples.
