General Description:
The Cornell Center for Materials Research offers a broad, multifaceted and effective outreach program that brings science and technology to children, parents, their teachers and their community. We are strongly committed to increasing the exposure of students to scientific concepts and new technological advances, and to enlarging the pool of students who become our future scientists, engineers, and mathematicians, inventors and technologists. A dynamic team of CCMR faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students dedicate their time to providing an array of instructive activities. The CCMR encourages all initiatives that bring science to students.
