No, the human body is definitely not a superconductor. A superconductor is a material that looses all resistance below a certain critical temperature. I assure you that at all temperatures the human body has a finite resistance. The actual value depends upon many different parameters: wetness of the skin, length of travel through the body, etc. If you take an ordinary Ohm-meter and grasp the leads you will find values ranging from a few kiloOhms to megaOhms.
