How Many Pictures on a Screen?

Q:
how many pictures can be seen on a 1900x1080 based on black or white dots for a TV screen, and do you think A.I could understand every image seen? If you had every combination to a TV screen would that be patent infringement? Thank you for your time

10600000. There are roughly 1082 particles in the observable universe. It's going to be hard to make a list of those pictures.
