Characteristic Frequency of Spacetime?

Q:
As a civil engineer our main focus is about eartquakes and how they behive, we try to calculate natural frequency of our structures to avoid resonance of the structure and soil. From this point my question is, is there a frequency of space time fabric that we can measure? Thus we can use this to create a wave for our space ships?

A:

No, within the range of our experience there's no characteristic frequency of bare spacetime. If it has any characteristic frequencies, they would most likely be either near the Planck frequency (~1044 Hz) or something longer than the lifetime of the universe.
